Germany defends Opel deal

There is a lot of commotion about the sold of the German car company Opel. There is a buyer who has already a deal and that's Magna. GM, the company who took over Opel, has already a deal with Magna to sell Opel to them. But there are a lot of problems with the EU because they say that Magna don't follow the rules etc. And if they don't follow the rules, the deal doesn't count anymore. The German governance defends the deal of Opel with Magna and that's why some governances other countries are a little suspicious and they say that the German governance has advantage when Magna buys Opel.

I don't care who the buyer of Opel is, my biggest concern is that there would be job cuts. Magna said that there will job cuts in England and in Germany but after a while they reduce the amount of job cuts. I hope that they can keep their promise because in times of economical crisis, every job cut is bad for the economy. I really hope that this takeover will be a success in the future, that they don't have to fire people and that it will a success for the world economy.
